Issac Grace (Co-Founder)
Issac Grace, 1 of 5 children to a single mother and an incarcerated father is a 25-year-old high school drop out; who has now become a real estate entrepreneur, a youth mentor, and a father of 2. He was an at risk youth who became part of No Guns Just Gloves program which assisted troubled youth with their education, finding job opportunities, and develop boxing skills. This
has made Issac become very passionate about helping the youth himself. He’s helping his youth community through football mentorship as well as young business professionals reach their goals through coaching and lecturing.
Issac is sincerely passionate about building wealth through real estate investments and mentorship. With that being said he is the co-owner of Jersey Shore Property Solutions which has generated over $150,000 in revenue this year alone through a strategy called wholesaling. He also is a landlord and real estate developer.
Through out his life, Issac likes to give credit to many mentors that he has learned from. Especially Jay Morrison; who was a 3-time felon that turned into a real estate mogul. He was truly inspired by Jay because of a similar up bringing.

Kerveens Moly (Co-Founder)
Kerveens Moly is the Co-Founder at Jersey Shore Property Solutions LLC with responsibility for all matters concerning this company. I started this business with the intentions of creating a foundation for success, I strongly believe that real estate is the key due to the fact everyone needs a place to call home. We want to provide our clients with best quality of service possible as it is something we strive for. I used to work for a Property Management & Preservation company for several years and its was the main reason I wanted to get into real estate. It opened my eyes to the real estate world and pretty much gave me my first glance at it. My past profession is a commercial inspector at a real estate valuation firm where I have inspected close to 1000 commercial & residential properties in New Jersey.
