Raised as 1 of 5 children by a single mother while his father was incarcerated, Issac left high school early and was considered an at-risk youth. His involvement with the No Guns Just Gloves program—helping troubled youth with education, job opportunities, and boxing—became a turning point that inspired him to pursue entrepreneurship, mentorship, and community impact.
Issac began his real estate journey buying and selling residential properties along the Jersey Shore and, through hard work and strategic vision, has built a successful career spanning more than a decade. He has scaled from doing small single-family deals to owning rental properties and small apartment buildings, generating six-figure revenues through direct-to-seller acquisitions and creative real estate strategies. Today, Jersey Shore Property Solutions buys houses throughout Ocean and Monmouth County and across New Jersey, providing fast, fair cash offers to homeowners and revitalizing local neighborhoods in the process.
Passionate about both building wealth through real estate and giving back, Issac mentors young people through football, business coaching, and speaking engagements, helping the next generation set and reach their goals. Kerveens Moly is a dedicated entrepreneur, real estate investor, and proud father based in Toms River, New Jersey. As the founder of Jersey Shore Property Solutions and Jersey Shore Capital Solutions, Kerveens has built a strong foundation in the New Jersey real estate industry, serving homeowners and investors throughout Ocean County, Monmouth County, and surrounding areas.
Kerveens’ career began in property preservation and property management, where he spent several years working for a preservation company and a real estate valuation firm. During that time, he inspected close to 1,000 commercial and residential properties across New Jersey, gaining a deep understanding of building conditions, market values, and what buyers and sellers truly need. That experience opened his eyes to the power of real estate and inspired him to create a company focused on solutions, not just transactions.
From there, Kerveens transitioned into buying, renovating, and holding both single-family and multi-family properties, with experience that spans land acquisition, residential real estate, and small apartment buildings. Driven by a commitment to excellence and client service, he became a licensed real estate agent in 2019 and is currently with Realty One Group Emerge in Brick Township, allowing him to serve clients as both an investor and a Realtor.
Looking ahead, Kerveens is focused on expanding his companies’ impact, supporting other investors, and continuing to help New Jersey homeowners sell their houses quickly and confidently—whether they’re facing foreclosure, relocation, or simply ready for a new beginning.
